This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a lender. This team made the process so easy friendly. I almost went with another more popular lender and I know now that I would have regretted it. I’m thankful for the customer service, the timely communication and honesty from the team. I will always recommend this company moving forward after working with them. Any and her team were so fast and made the impossible happen with my family when we were on the road driving here to move into our dream home. The process of buying a house in Texas while still owning a house in another state is full of details. Amy is an expert at making those details simple and moving you through the process one step at a time so that it is the smoothest process possible. We closed on our home in TX on time and with no surprises. Simply give her the documents and the loan you need will be yours!! Highly Recommended Lender 🙂

Working with InterLinc was the best decision we made besides our new house!!! Wes and Miles are so amazing and treat you like family. We were blessed to not have any problems and I think we would've they would've taken care of them so quickly it wouldn't have mattered. I love that his team is willing to reach out and offer exciting events for your family to attend when you're done closing. Trustworthy and honest...not a better mortgage team out there!We also just refinanced our home and the process was easy, quick and very painless!

I recently purchased my first home and used Wes and his team at InterLinc as my lender. I was expecting for it to be a long and difficult process with plenty of hurdles and complications to endure. I had the exact opposite experience. The process was incredibly smooth and easy to follow. I honestly felt like I purchased an entire home through my phone with just a few clicks as each document was sent to me with clear instructions. I knew I was in great hands the moment I was welcomed into their office. They were kind, trustworthy, and all seemed just as excited as I was for me to purchase my home. Danielle was my loan officer and did an amazing job of keeping me informed of every step throughout the process. She made everything remarkably simple to understand and was readily available whenever I needed any assistance or clarification. She was fun, patient, and gladly answered all my questions. When the person I needed could not be reached, I knew that I could count on receiving a call back at their earliest availability. The team was adamant about maintaining my original closing date even though circumstances beyond their control nearly made it impossible. They devoted extra time and effort towards this goal and were successful. Danielle, Erica, and every other team member were not only extremely reliable but were genuinely passionate about making the experience of purchasing my home an enjoyable one. They were successful in that as well. I would undoubtedly recommend Wes and his team to anyone interested in purchasing a home and will certainly use them again if there is another home purchase in my future.
