I found myself in a complicate situation as I still had my house out of state on the market without a seller on hand. At the same time I came about a house in Texas that was not yet on the market, but was what I was looking for in the right location. Not only were they able to secure a mortgage for me, with a good interest rate, and all of this in 3 weeks time, closing before Thanksgiving.
