I found myself in a complicate situation as I still had my house out of state on the market without a seller on hand. At the same time I came about a house in Texas that was not yet on the market, but was what I was looking for in the right location. My realtor brought me together with the Cody Reid Team and they performed a miracle. Not only were they able to secure a mortgage for me, with a good interest rate, and all of this in 3 weeks time, closing before Thanksgiving. It was easy to work with the team, the way they worked with me through the process was timely, efficient, with great communication, and easy to get in touch with. I certainly will use the Cody Reid Team against for refinancing once my out of state house has sold.

We used Cody and his team for helping us buy our first home a couple months ago. Before we even found a home we wanted to offer on, he had a few calls with us to answer any questions and help us feel more confident going into this daunting task of purchasing our first house. Once we got into offering and the nitty gritty details, he and his team were very helpful and Cody even took time outside of work hours to help with last minute details on our offer.
