Meet Merrily Brown, Senior Loan Officer at Pilgrim Mortgage. Merrily specializes in USDA loans, construction loans, and Veteran Loans. She has built her team to make sure the home buying process is smooth and timely. Merrily and her team works with the customer from start to finish, helping gather information, explaining the process so that there aren’t any surprises. Merrily enjoys working with the first time home buyer and the seasoned self employed borrower. Merrily’s goal is to provide reliable information to assist the customer in making informed decisions before entering into a real estate transaction.
Merrily has lived in San Antonio for 30 years. She lives with her husband Randy, daughter Madison, grandson Garrison, and 90 year old mother Dorothy. She enjoys working with the Women’s ministry at her church, CrossFit, and swimming.
